He specializes in the mid-market, i.e., employers with 25-500 employees; providing guidance and resources to achieve their goals and objectives as they navigate the impact of healthcare reform. Dennis has worked for national insurance carriers and has managed and grown agencies in Denver. He specializes in wellness and claims management, and provides strong guidance in the evaluation of everything from partially self-funded plans to HRA Defined Contribution Plans. Dennis provides his clients with innovative strategies that work and brings employers creative and effective solutions to manager those employee benefits programs.

Initially Wendy joined Excelsior's Ever Upward Gala committee in 2005 and served as co-chair of the Gala committee for three years-2006, 2007, and 2008.  In 2006, Wendy joined Excelsior's Foundation Board; served as Secretary/Treasurer during fiscal year 2009; and resigned in 2010, in order to focus attention on a substantial business project.  In 2007, Wendy joined the Board of Directors and is currently in her second term.

Wendy has nearly 25 years in the cable and satellite industries, spanning management/leadership responsibilities for business and information technology teams focused on subscriber billing, as well as, computer system upgrades/conversions, given mergers/acquisitions and business transformation projects.

Wendy led the Alliance of Profession Women's Outreach program in 2005 and has held various positions on two Homeowner Association Boards in FL and CO.

Brief work history:
Dr. Zelda M. DeBoyes is the Court Administrator for the Aurora Municipal Court in Aurora, Colorado. She has managed all non-judicial court functions for this limited jurisdictional court since 1992. As a council appointee, Dr. DeBoyes reports directly to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Aurora. She is principally responsible for the operational divisions of Case Management, Probation, the Marshals' Office, Jury Services and Court Information Technology. She is also the Department Director for the Aurora Detention Center. Prior to this appointment, Dr. DeBoyes was the Operating Section Manager for the Denver County Court's Traffic Division and was the Management Analyst in the Court Services Division of the Colorado Judicial Branch.

Brief history of organizations with which you have done charitable/volunteer work:
Committed to her profession and community, Dr. DeBoyes has served and remains active in a variety of organizations. She is the Chair of the Juanita Gray Community Service Award Committee through the Denver Public Library. Dr. DeBoyes recently served as a commissioner with the Colorado State Commission on Judicial Performance (2002-2011). She also served as a Board Director for the National Center for State Courts and the Leadership Institute for Judicial Education (2002-2008). Dr. DeBoyes is a Past President and Board Director of the National Association for Court Management (1994-2001). She is a graduate of the African-American Leadership Institute, the Aurora Citizens' Police Academy, and has served on the boards of the Lowry Family Center, Northeast Women's Center and Marcus Walker Track Club.

In February 2012, the Metro State Alumni Association recognized Dr. DeBoyes with the 'Giving Back' Award. She is the recipient of the prestigious National Center for State Courts' Distinguished Service Award. She received the Elks' Leadership Award in 1999. In 1997, the Denver Chapter of the American Alumni of University Women recognized her as a Trailblazer in her profession.

She is a Director within Arrow's corporate strategy department with a focus on international acquisition strategy, valuation and manages due diligence teams to finalize acquisitions. Brief work history and/or areas of expertise utilized as a Board member:
Jerry Maglio has been a successful senior marketing with many involvements in the media and entertainment field over a 30 year period. He most recently was executive vice president of marketing for Starz Entertainment Group LLC (SEG).

Prior to coming to SEG, Maglio served as the top marketing executive with three cable companies- American Television & Communications (now Time Warner Cable), Daniels & Associates, and United Artists Cable. At the latter two, he also was responsible for negotiating network programming contracts. Maglio was the founding president of Rainbow Programming Services Inc. in 1980.

In 1991 he formed Maglio & Associates, Inc., a Denver-based investment, entrepreneurial, and consulting firm that has provided strategic assistance to a wide range of clients in the media industry,

Maglio won both the Vanguard Award for Marketing from the National Cable & Telecommunications Association and the One-of-a-Kind Award from Cable and Telecommunications, a Marketing Society.  Maglio served as the volunteer president of CTAM in 1981.

Prior to his cable career, Maglio served as Club Manager of the Doubleday & Company's flagship profit center, The Literary Guild of America, plus the International Collector's Library.

Maglio, a native of White Plains, New York, received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University.

Mike Garcia has been the Executive Fire Chief for the City of Aurora since 2007. He has over 35-years of service with the fire department. As chief he oversees 15 fire stations throughout the city.

Brief work history : 
Bill worked for 25 years in the securities industry.  He was a Partner with Eastman Dillon in New York and was a Managing Director with Merrill Lynch in New York.  In Denver, Bill was President of Bosworth Sullivan.  Bill’s extensive knowledge of stocks, bonds and finance make him invaluable on Excelsior’s Finance Committee for the Foundation Board.

He is a current member of the Colorado and Boulder Human Resources Associations, and is licensed in 18 states.
