Help us to help them.
Help young women overcome a past of tragedy and access a future full of possibility.

Excelsior's continuum of care offers flexible and individualized treatment options to meet each girl's needs.  Referrals are accepted from county human services agencies, school districts, juvenile courts, mental health organizations, adoption agencies, and families placing privately.  Excelsior accepts private insurance and is in the provider network of United Behavioral Health; all other insurance placements require a single case agreement.

Referrals may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via fax, phone or e-mail. Referrals will be reviewed by the admissions team in consultation with medical, educational, and clinical staff to determine whether a child is appropriate for placement at Excelsior.  Admissions staff will notify the referral source of the next bed availability or a tentative admissions date if there is a waiting list.

Referrals can be made by contacting the Admissions Department at Excelsior:
