"We are thrilled to be able to partner with Excelsior
Youth Center and provide employment opportunities for some of
their youth. Hiring Carin has benefited our organization greatly
and has allowed us to give something back to the community which
has been so gracious to support our growing business. Although
outsiders might look at our employment practice as somewhat
of a risk situation, I remind myself daily where we would be
as a company if nobody had taken a chance on us. From the Mayor’s
Office of Economic Development to every one of our vendors and
clients all have taken a risk of their own by entrusting us
with their business. Much like those relationships, our relationship
with Excelsior Youth Center and Carin is now and will continue
to be a successful one." —Jeff

management company. Our operations span the United States from
the majestic Grand Canyon to Florida's Everglades. They emphasize
ecologically sensitive tourism which has resulted in national
awards and widespread acclaim.
Xanterra's Denver employees reflect the social responsibility

From assisting in the clothing store to mentoring individuals,
Xanterra employees strive to extend a helping hand of friendship

All it took was for one girl to come and tell us her story and
we knew we wanted to ge a part of what Excelsior does for these
girls." |
