“This place is run so well. The people here treat each other with respect and professionalism. The administration and supervisors are open minded, consistent and sincerely focused on helping you help the kids. I think it trickles down to the kids big time. This is a very cool place to work. Look around at all the people who have been here for 25 plus years!”
— Excelsior Staff Member
Excelsior Youth Center works with some of the most challenging youth in the nation. These are very special young women who require very caring and professional staff members to work with them. Working at Excelsior Youth Center can be a very rewarding experience.

We employ primarily those within the fields of counseling and education, however, we also employ medical, clerical and lots of support staff. We offer opportunities for self development through professional experience, in-service training, and a very diverse environment.

Our campus-wide team concept is community oriented.

We are located on the front range of the Rocky Mountains, just 30 minutes from Denver International Airport and just 5 minutes from Cherry Creek State Park and Lake.
